Maintenance

CNC bending machine has three key maintenance parts: hydraulic oil circuit, filter, and hydraulic components. The oil level of the oil tank needs to be checked weekly. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, it should be filled with hydraulic oil. Each time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. If the machine has a related alarm or the oil quality is not clean and other filter abnormal should be replaced. Monthly cleaning of hydraulic components (substrate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) to prevent dirt from entering the system, and do not use detergent when cleaning. After one month of use of the new machine, check whether there is deformation at the end of each oil pipe, and if there is any abnormality, it should be replaced.
